About Kent Skin & Laser Clinic

Kent Skin & Laser Clinic has its origins on Castle Street in Canterbury, where our Consultant Dermatologist first established a dedicated skin and laser practice in 2002. Over the following two decades, that practice built a reputation locally for combining proper medical diagnosis with advanced laser and aesthetic treatment, rather than offering one without the other.

The clinic passed into corporate ownership in 2018, before again passing back to our founding team in April 2026, returning to the same premises to reopen under the Kent Skin & Laser Clinic name, continuing the medically-led approach the practice was originally built on. Many of our laser specialists and aesthetic practitioners have worked with the team for years, so this is very much a continuation rather than a fresh start.

Our priority remains the same as it was in 2002: mole checks, skin cancer assessment and treatment of skin conditions that aren’t always readily available on the NHS, delivered by, or under the direct supervision of, fully accredited specialists.

From our clinic on Castle Street, we welcome patients from Canterbury and across Kent, including Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Ashford, Folkestone, Hythe, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Sittingbourne and Maidstone, and further afield.
