About this treatment
Moles are common and usually harmless, but you may want one removed because it has changed, catches on clothing, or simply because you’d rather it wasn’t there. At Kent Skin & Laser Clinic every removal begins with a consultant assessment, so the right technique is chosen for the right reason — and removed tissue is routinely sent for histological analysis.
Is it right for me?
- A mole that has changed in size, shape or colour
- A mole that catches, rubs or bleeds
- A mole you would prefer removed for cosmetic reasons
- Reassurance — you'd simply like it checked
